RMGO in the news again
Damn dudley and F'n pickle puffers!
Lemme get this straight- so he used a picture (no mention of how he found it- pretty one sided story there) of two guys kissing to show that certain politicians were pro-gay, and now they're requesting pretty much every shred of paper associated with RMGO? The word frivolous comes to mind here...

If he used a picture of me without permission I would sue the shit out of them too.
Rules are rules.. You use copyrighted material with out permission you suffer the consequences.

Why are the consequences to turn over absolutely everything about how the organization runs? Pay the damages and move on, I can't see any reason RMGO should have to turn over anything.

I'm not saying what they are asking for is right.
I'm saying if RMGO had used their brains a little they wouldn't be in this position.
In defense of Dudley... what if he found it via a google images search and there was no copyright information with the picture? Did you know that all your pictures posted to FB are not your copyrighted material, it becomes property of FB and can be used by them for whatever purpose they want?

Ah my mistake. I agree though...with social media these days why would ANYBODY use a copyrighted image? Not smart.
