    Default Chair/ Work Stool Recomendations?

I do a bunch of production assembly at work and these chairs are starting to tear me up.

They aren't comfortable at all, not enough height adjustment for the various benches/machines etc.

I started looking around online and its crazy to me that you can spend 500 bucks on a stool.

I like the looks and features of this one I found but I wanted to see if anyone around here uses a similar product at work and has a recommendation before I drop 2 bills on a chair..

Nice but still no Cushion for long term sitting. haven't found 1 yet that didn't need a redo on the cushion.

That was one of my concerns. I like the adjustably of that chair, but its hard for me to drop that kind of cash on a chair without letting my ass do the deciding.
