I don't think the Republicans are even a factor one way or another (I actually believe Romney probably won if you take out all the illegal votes and counted all the Romney votes thrown away by dishonest poll workers).

That would confirm my worst suspicions that a vast and sweeping majority of this country is either a) lazy, b) incredibly stupid, c) irrational, or d) all of the above. I'll be the first to admit it, I really do hope Obama turns things around, *HOPE*, but I expect he won't fix things, we'll be much worse off by 2016, and I fear the GOP is going to screw up once more and get involved in the social issues instead of STFU and focus on appealing to the average fence sitters/easily swayed.
