Dogs shot in Castle Rock

I see a lot of people on here that say that it was wrong to kill the dogs. The people renting the house next door to mine have 3 beagles, a lab, a boxer puppy, 3 chickens and some pot belly Pigs. I have called LE no less than ten times to report their animals being noisy (and I mean incredibly loud) and they have yet to receive a citation. They see the police out their window and call the dogs in, then they do not allow the police into their yard because they have an illegal (well legal now) grow operation going on. They are always on the lookout for cops, and they cannot issue a ticket without witnessing the animals making the noise. There is nothing that I can do to stop it, I just have to sit here while they bark all day and all night. I cannot do anything in the backyard because the dogs bark the whole time loud enough to where a normal conversation is not happening.

Have you talked to the PD about maybe sending someone over in plainclothes? Or would they take surveillance camera footage? You could always put a web camera on your house that just happened to overlook their dogs or maybe videotape yourself taking practice swings with golf club or baseball bat as all the dogs are barking?

I would think the moral of the story is to wait until you get the facts before shooting off your yap.
