Apparently we're giving 20 F16's and 200 tanks to Egypt... Then they actually feel the need to elaborate on the effectiveness of F16's...

F16's and Tanks...
F16s are f16s, but are we sure the tanks are M1A1s? (Seriously doubt we'd give them a2s). They could be M60s for all we know.
Egypt and Jordan has been stabilizing forces in the middle east for a long time. After the change in leadership we are showing that we are going to continue treating Egypt as a stabilizing force. I see it as the right way to go.
Now if we'd given these to Lebanon of Libya I'd be wondering WTF
