Was that company located in Lafayette by any chance?
If it was, that owner is a dumbass idiot.

    Default Home Depot Anti 2A

I definitely hope they aren't anti 2a, as a contractor I as well as my boss and other subs spend quite a bit of money at home depot a year for things here and there, if they truly are anti 2a I would have no problem driving the extra few miles to find another retailer that is pro guns

Most if not all companies have a 'weapons policy' that governs employees. Basically a CYA if an employee goes postal.. 'well we told them they aren't allowed to have them'. Find one major retailer that allows it. I dare you.

I conceal carry when I am in the office often and since I travel a lot for work. If its a state that accepts my FL CCW I check my sidearm and carry there as well.
Since its concealed I see no issue. Now when I am going into secure locations like Military Bases, DOD Secure Facilities, etc I just lock it in the car or hotel safe.

I've seen countless customers OC at Home Depot in Westminster, Superior and Longmont with no problems. I've always thought they were gun friendly.

This. Except they get fired if/when they find out.

This is basically what I came in here to say. If you pull your money out of an organization that doesn't allow employees to carry, you might as well not spend another dollar of your money, and while you're at it close all your bank accounts. Hell, the federal government doesn't allow their employees to carry at work, so you might as well shred your federal reserve notes as well.

My company has a not on property on firearms for employees as well. Out of sight, out of mind.
