For those who follow DARPA's autonomous real time ubquitous surveillance imaging system, http://www.darpa.mil/Our_Work/I2O/Pr...ARGUS-IS).aspx, the technology is being disclosed to the public for the first time. It's impressive... Let's hope it's not being/going to be used against our own citizen.
