It sure beats NOT doing anything,which is what they want.
The more the phone lines are tied up and emails sent kinda bottlenecks there system,which is noticed.If there Phone rings off the hook,they have a hard time using it.
If their emails are filling up -they cant facebook........

I allways send them registered mail this way they have to sign for them-let them work for their money!
