    Careful, a pre-organized meeting of people selling guns could qualify as a gun show, and be subject to our "closed gun show loophole" laws... Requiring a background check.

    But the police would be organizing it. I would just happen to meet one private citizen and strike up a conversation about what they might want to do with their firearm rather than sell it for a pre-paid Chuck-e-Cheese credit card.

    What weapon do you currently own that you would give to the police in exchange for a $200 pre-paid Visa credit card? I like my single shot .22lr Remington 514 too much to let it go into that bin.
