Any gunshot wound is "critical" until proven otherwise, in hospital speak. Hopefully the officer will fully recover.

Not true... bullet to the arm can cause a life threatening wound requiring immediate trauma care... Not sure about the hand, but if circumstances were bad enough it could be critical in terms of loss of limb- which is probably why the officer's condition is critical. Loss of life, limb, eyesight are all circumstances of critical condition.Originally Posted by deagler

It was a Denver Deputy Sheriff and his partner serving a warrant to someone with several felony warrants out of her already. She shot one Deputy in the hand and the other Deputy shot her. She's dead.

However the media / AG's will show this as one more gun violence story, never informing the public a MULTIPLE FELON was in possession of a firearm. Showing once again CRIMINALS NEVER OBEY THE LAW.
