I keep hoping to see something similar from Joe Pelle (Boulder) but alas I am still disappointed.
Haven't seen anything from the Clear Creek Sheriff yet but I would be curious...
Same with Jefferson County... But I think he's apart of that CO Sheriff's deal. But he's term limited and this is his last year as sheriff so he has nothing to lose by coming out and saying the same.Originally Posted by birddog

JeffCO's sheriff put a video up on the department's Facebook stating he in onboard with protecting the 2nd as outlined in the letter all CO sheriffs put out.
Yep, I wouldn't expect him to stick out his neck and have his career get the chop due to antigun ideologues in Boulder.
As to whether he supports the CSOC statement or the position of our esteemed U.S. Senators, I'd guess he leans toward individual Constitutional rights rather than toward the hivemind of our progressive collective.
