    What an interesting title.

    So by their own admission, the Second Amendment is unlimited in absence of this bill being enacted?

    Oh yeah, and "assault weapons" are already heavily regulated. See NFA of 1934. What a bunch of morons.

    18 U.S.C. 1918:
