I agree. I knew where he was going, but he did a poor job of explaining that the .223 is a varmint cartridge, not like an 88 magnum that shoots through schools.

At one point I simply wanted him to say "Yes.", not ramble off on Feinstein's fixation with furniture.

Well spoken and articulated by Senator Cruz. I agree LaPierre should stick to Yes/No answers especially when Cruz was on a role like that. Looks like Texas made a good choice electing him, sounds like he get a level and clear head and doesnt let emotion dictate policy. Bravo sir!

Man, it's like he actually thought through the topic, gathered information, and organized it well... God bless Texas.
Can we please nominate Mr. Cruz to be our official spokesman instead of ol' Wayne?

I noticed Gifford's husband beat feet when Cruz's slides came out. Sometimes it's hard to hear the truth I guess.

Thanks for pointing these out. I watched these and several others. I hadn't heard anything about him. Apparently he was born in Canada, which is too bad as he would clearly be a leading presidential candidate if he made it to the debates.

It doesn't matter where you're born if you want to run for President. And don't respond about there being some kind of law... Blah, blah, blah. They only apply the law when it favors their agenda.
