    This is what our precious tax dollars are being used for. The continued inability of even the most basic understanding of threat analysis and how to confront that threat is simply incomprehensible to me....

    Sorry cofi my reply was for the OP, yeah I guess its better than nothing but I'd still work with the withdrawal mindstate, get as far away and through as many doors as you can from a shooter if you've been disarmed.
