No they are not. Some douche bad gun grabbing liberal admin feels empowered by an election. Guess again. There's a reason 2.7 million BG checks (not gun sales) were done in Dec. One thing to remember, the urban Emotional Voters out number the Sensible THINKING Voters, in NY and else where . In CO, VA, NY, ILL etc. You do see a wide spectrum of Gun owners in that audience. Once again the talk about an AWB has produced a ground swell like no other time in History. lets not waste it.

I think the best shot this case has is claim II D. Takings law is fairly well-established. The biggest obstacle will be e translation of real-property precedent to personal property. But that's not a huge leap.
