I was actually just looking at some an stumbled across this little gem
this one is made by Maxpedition. I have a MASSIVE 18" gaming laptop and was hoping I could get it to fit inside of this thing to take up to and around the North Dakota Oil Fields.

You in Nd now? Im a mechanic in oil field in northern Co. I have some buddy Up in Nd. They say its pretty crazy up there.
The covert 18 looks promising.
I just got a Blackhawk! Tactical Briefcase on Tues. Laptop compartment is pretty tight even for a 14" ultrabook. No CCW option built into it. The jury is still out as this is my first departure from a notebook backpack.

Ya Im pretty sure I want a backpack style.The covert 18 looks promising.
My biggest problem with backpacks is that I tend to single strap them over my left shoulder. The left strap comes apart before anything else on the backpack is worn out. I've gone through 3 of them so far.
