"Mom" Forces Kid to get tattooed
Pretty crazy....Im skeptical though if the artist is even tattooing him.
The machine isnt moving, there is no ink on his arm.
I cant see the armature bar on the machine to see if its even moving and its difficult to see the needle.
Either way its fucked to put a kid through that. He OBVIOUSLY doesnt like it

I think there was a story here a few months ago about a woman in the US going to jail over this exact thing. Looks like this one is not in the US.

Ya but the needle could be set so it doesnt clear the tube. It would run just fine but not even pass the tip.
