I was thinking of making it out of wood to save money. Metal costs a hell of a lot compared to wood. Unless someone has a source of cheap steel,then I am all about that!
I have both a 60 and 80 tank. Compressor is on the 60 I plan on using the 80 only for sandblasting so I dont go deaf inside the garage.
I know I want the entire setup on wheels, for the back of the unit to hold my pressure pot and vacuume (hepa of course)
So unless someone has 3-4 4x8 sheets of steel (thatI can have at a steal), Im going wood. I am thinking big as well. 4.5x5x3.5 maybe. I want to also explore the idea of clamshell opening or side door.
I am open to ideas as I am unsure how I want to design some areas like media recovery and filtration. I didnt see anything from you yet CJ....Come on...send me some plans!
