What kind of brass is this?

You can reload berdan primed brass, but it takes special equipment to pull the primers, can be difficult to find dies etc for this caliber, and nobody likes commie guns anyway.

Does anyone want this brass? Is it even reloadable?

For all intents and purposes if it's Berdan primed it's not re-loadable. Look in the mouth of the case; at the rear if there's one hole in the center it's Boxer primed and it can be reloaded. If there's two holes off-center it's Berdan and can't be.

Admit it. your just trying to get a rise out of me. I can load for it but since I have a shit-ton of surplus the only loads I do are XTP's It also is probably is one of the best carbine rounds out there. 85gr, 1950FPS and good out to 300 yards in a package that is the same weight as having 9mm rounds.

Uh, no. RCBS is just one of many that make a berdan primer remover. It can be reloaded. It's just a really big PITA.
