Hello to Old and New Friends
I have been a member for a couple of years and have done some buying and trading with others here.
I have been a collector for some time and have met others interested in shooting at the Clear Creek and Ben Lomond ranges and when I was a range officer at some of the Colorado .50 cal. shoots.
Mostly I visited the "for sale" threads to see what the true market values were doing.
With the renewed interest in an assault weapons ban, banning the sale of ammunition on the internet, and requiring CBI background checks on all firearm transfers, I have started looking deeper into the forums looking for valid statistics, solid arguments without the over-riding emotional appeals, and thoughtful responses to these concerns.
I think the answers can be found here and on some of the other collector forums.
