Actually, "Molon Labe" was Greek, not Latin. Latin was the officiating language of the Romans, if I recall correctly. Google translates "Remain Vigilant" into Greek thusly:

    επαγρύπνηση
    (epagrĂ˝pni̱si̱)

Ancient Greek is a hard as eff language to learn. If anyone here knows it decently they have my utmost respect.

There's a reason "that's greek to me" is a thing people say.

I took. Yet of Classical Greek in college I remembered virtually nothing though it did come back to me and helped me learn Czech grammar

I know how to say "I Fed your mother" and call you gay in greek and thats about it. I used to work with two kids in the AF that were dual citizens and raised in Greece. Both fluent. Haven't spoken to either in years.
Mom's comin' 'round to put it back the way it ought to be.
