Starting this week, Chicago police are changing their responses to 911 calls. They’ll no longer come right away to reports of things like criminal damage to property, vehicle thefts, garage burglaries, or other crimes in which the suspect is no longer on the scene, and the victim isn’t in immediate danger.

This sounds like a movie that I read about coming out soon- where every year there is a 24-hour period where police shut down, hospitals shut down, and crime is given a 24 hr pass... Soon, Chicago will be in flames, and I won't be saddened or surprised.

This is what I worry about, all available police are out with geiger counters because terrorists are setting off small nuclear weapons in large US cities. Then the criminals go on looting rampages, taking whatever they want. This is why I have counter-assault rifles, so I don't get assaulted by thugs. I wish the .gov would concentrate more on daily preparations & operations and less on legislation. The purpose of the government is to protect the people, they think simply passing a law will protect us and deter criminals and terrorists. For Gods sake let the people protect themselves. Just today the North Korean government released a video of a US city burning while some Korean is flying overhead in a North Korean space shuttle. I know it is just propaganda...

Exactly! I saw that video too- More proof though to not worry about NK... if that's the best quality video their government can come up with then I wonder how terrible the rest of their technology is. "More government = less freedom."
