Foodsaver. Make sure you get the model with an attachment hose. I have the wide mouth jar sealer, marinating container and a couple of the leftover containers (their leftover containers tend to crack, so I can't recommend them). The jar sealer works good for sealing dried veggies, freeze-dried foods and stuff in quart and half-gallon mason jars. The marinating container is awesome for marinating jerky or throwing some ribs and Korean BBQ sauce in 30 minutes before firing up the grill.
