The community center in our neighborhood shares the building with the elementary school. There is a hallway connecting the two, which is never used (the door remains locked so kids don't go through it during school hours). The community center would like to extend the existing fitness room to enclose the unused hallway, and wall off the door to increase the floor space for weight machines, etc. The Community center manager asked me if I knew anyone who would like to give a proposal, and I said I'd ask around.

The community center is located in Belle Creek, near the intersection of 104th and U.S. 85 (South of Brighton, West of Reunion). If anyone is interested, let me know and I'll forward his contact info to you.
