Looks like the typical morning commute out there, except there's too much space between the vehicles.
After living out there for 2.5 years - and many significant storms, I can almost see where the .gov would need to step in. Sadly, most motorists out there have ZERO common sense (becoming increasingly commonplace here too). Once they clog up the roads and leave their vehicles sitting until the storm passes, it's a logistical nightmare to get them re-opened. Couple that with the fact that now emergency vehicles can't use the roadways to respond once the morons have the roads blocked.
