Cheaper than Dirt and Olympic Arms jumped in and are taking a similar stance. Barrett started this years ago in California and we will see how many others follow the lead. LaRue stepped up and took the initiative a couple weeks ago.

I applaud what Midway and some other companies are doing despite the fact it's mostly symbolic.

Though its mostly symbolic, I really appreciate this. We need to get manufacturers on board... which will be hard because they often sell straight to the agencies and are guaranteed payment from an endless stream of fiat money.

Yeah . . . it is one thing for Larue and Olympic Arms to restrict sales. It would be entirely another if Remington and FN made the same decision.

Anyone have any high-level contacts at Remington or FN ?

I couldn't agree more. While I think this is great I honestly don't think places like Midway do much business with LE directly. We need to get more manufacturers on board.

I dunno, I am pretty sure we can count on Magpul giving CO LE the finger on the issue if 1224 passes and they relocated. I know there are other manufacturers but it starts sending a message.

Good for them. I bet more will follow, i doubt magpul would pay to move then agree to ship to CO, at least I hope not. Hopefully Glock/SIG etc will follow suit and ship everybody the same mags? Glock is gonna have to either stick it to them or offer 4 different mags for each gun.

Magpul should open up shop about 6 feet from the Colorado border, like a Wyoming fireworks stand.
