Default Smith Enterprises says no more LEO sales to NY

It is improper for us to sell items to state agencies and law enforcement that law-abiding citizens are not allowed to purchase. Effective immediatly Smith Enterprise will no longer sell items to your state government that you have outlawed your citizens to buy.

Until your state changes your gun control laws and ensures these laws are back in line with the 2nd Amendment of the United States Constitution, Smith Enterprise will be forced to keep this policy.

That's great about Smith Enterprises, but I echo the others who have already said that the big players need to step up and be just as patriotic, especially since they can more easily afford to do so.

Like the ammo makers, start putting the civilian consumer requests first in those states that are stripping the rights of the citizens.

    SPIKE'S TACTICAL

Updated Policy for State and Local Law Enforcement Agency Sales:

In light of the recent and numerous anti-gun and anti-2nd Amendment laws pending across the Nation, Spike’s Tactical will be joining other manufacturers and distributors and limiting the business we do with LE agencies in those states.

As of today, it will be our policy not to sell prohibited items to government agencies and agents in states, counties, cities and municipalities that have enacted restrictive gun control laws against their citizens.

Personally I think it is high time we de-militarize the police anyway. And I think we should push the issue. If we the law abiding, tax-paying citizenry do not need magazines over 10 rounds or "assault weapons". Then civilian LEO's don't need them either. After all, aren't "assault weapons" tools of war meant for the military? Who are the police at war with?

    My $1.02 worth.
Sorry, they are only "assault weapons" when the citizenry wants them. When DHS places a request for 7,000 select fire versions, they are described as "personal defense weapons".

I think Everyone should be writing the companies thy buy product from urging them to join in. Even if you don't like a particular company or product, having enough companies join in and come together like this will eventually give them a message.

When writing your legislators, it won't take a little extra time to send a message to a few companies. Don't forget to write the companies that already have joined the fight to tell them thank you!

Now wonder if Brownells will also follow suit?? They have a shop down in Trinidad that is heavily associated with the Trinidad State Junior College gunsmith school. Of course, those big city bags of shit (Democrat Legislators) don't care much about us small town tax paying voters.
