Finally finished fighting my way through processing a 5 gallon bucket of 223 brass. Once it was cleaned and all the junk like steel case junk, berdan primed brass case bullshit, 9mm, 22 lr, 308, 260 ect was pulled out, it went fine.

Now to get started on another 20 gallons of properly sorted 223 LC brass for another forum member.

Finally sorted and processed all the 1x fired. 3800 pcs of brass.

i'm putting 1k aside for my bolt action mossberg, chambered in 5.56.

    Worked up a load using 22.8 gr WC-844 using 55 gr jsp's.

Did a 50 yd zero so i'm on again @ 200. This is the result, off a bench , bipod and rear squeeze bag. The 5 to the right was the first group. 2nd grouping is, well fairly on the money. But just a tad to the right. The top shot is @ 100 yds to see where POI is.

Ran off 50 rounds of .280 for a friend and FINALLY got to use the precision powder trickler I bought from Jim five years ago! Of course, I did not want to get it out of the box until I could move my reloading area inside from the garage. Next, brass processing. Tumbling stays out in the garage to keep Mommy happy.

    Last couple days, lets see. a couple hundred 45acp, a hundred 38 special, a hundred 380, 50 of 308.

Tumbled a bunch more brass, did an inventory and damnit low on 223 55gr but plenty of everything else. Thought I had more, might have a big box lost in the move maybe? Worst part was I had found a box in stock at a store yesterday before I did my count, and said "Nahhh I know I have enough at home!" I'm sure it's long gone now though.

I lost two out of three ball bearings in my Mr. Bulletfeeder bullet seat die.

Of course anticipating this event I had ordered extras, but currently can't find them.

So today I spent searching, first for ball bearings and then for the spares.

Slugging my way through processing a bunch of 5-gallon buckets of 223 brass. Roll sizing done. Just knocking it out step by step.

I found the spares, so I'm up and running. I just need to suck it up and order some extras. Do you know if Whistler Bearing in town has ball bearings you can buy by size?
