I am my own action figure
Yesterday I taught some reloading to my nephew. It was about the most exhausting 6 hours I have ever spent in the gun room. Two broken decapping pins, one broken primer seating assembly, bent decapping rod assembly. He loaded 300 rounds of .223 on the 650 and 50 rounds of .30-06 on the RockChucker. He had about 20 bad rounds of .223. I might break a decapping pin a year, but I still can't figure out what is wrong with the primer seating assembly. The actual rod is sitting proud of the body locking up the shell plate. Luckily I had a spare of everything.
In talking with my wife, I have not yet decided if some people just should not reload, or if he just needs to learn more.
