I think the Marine was kinda a d@ck or was the soldier? Anyway don't think the guy had to choke him on the ground again, but I can see why he was choked, punched and kicked out of his house if he had that attitude.

You know what grinds my gears? HE called the police for assistance with a matter, and as soon as they show up he's bitching at them because they took "45" minutes. When people are out risking their lives to come and assist you, don't bitch and moan about it. Show some fucking respect and gratitude ya asshole!

I would agree that the cop crossed the line as well, but i can't say the soldier didn't have it coming either.

this guy needs to be removed from the force, the marines and society.
he BLATANTLY encroached the victim and struck him without provocation.

And if you are curious, this video is about a year old but just came to light. Someone within (I think it was Vallejo CA, PD) leaked it to the press with a bunch of, 'the cops are running rough shot on the community and are out of control' type of letter.
