According to federal law, public education must be funded federally and would evoke all the other programs such as "no child left behind" as well as free and equal access. Wouldn't this law force the government to pay for college tuition, college professors losing their chance of tenure as well as a whole bunch of other legal clusterfuck such as testing and applications to enter the colleges?

If so, this could be en economic clusterfuck and a huge impact on the state budget.
Now this is an interesting point...

I'll say this- if/when I decide to go back to school and I'm being forcefully disarmed (I consider threat of loss of life/liberty/property by prosecution to be forceful) while I attend class and I become the "victim" (says nothing of carrying a knife, yet) of a crime, believe me I'm going to sue the everloving shit out of both the school for not being able to protect me while I'm not able to do so myself, and then the state, for making such a fucked up law. That, my friends, is how I'll be able to afford my 100 acre ranch near the Tetons.
