I'd buy this and a QD mount if I had $400 to spend.

I have this with the 600yd BDC reticle: http://www.opticsplanet.com/nikon-2-...8486-8487.html

I mounted it on a Larue LT-104 (I think) QD mount, and I love it. I was easily hitting steel at 450 yds with it from a bipod.

I paid $299 for the scope and I think the Larue mount was $190 for a total of $489 shipped. I love how you can take the scope off quickly to drop weight or to use back up sights, and then put it right back on without the need for re-zeroing.

EOTech is awesome. Paid $489 for my XPS 2-2 from Jensons. If you want magnification the Burris AR332 is good. Very clear glass with Burris. Be careful what you wish for with magnification, cqb not very good even with 3x. Ordered a AR Tripler and pivot ring last light. Best of both worlds with the EOTech in my opinion.
