I have a ccw, and perfer it in my back pocket. So if the butt is sticking out, I'm I breaking any law??? I have carried for years this way with no problem. Once a lady told me, "You have a gun in your back pocket". I said, "Yes I do, and if a robbery were to take place, who do you want next to you, Me or the president of handgun control". I read that somewhere. She laughed, and said "You got a point".
