Criterion barrels are a spin-off company that started as a division of Krieger barrels. They are now a sister company- but the guys that make Krieger barrels are the guys that developed cCriterion. I've got several M14 chrome lined barrels and they stack up to be as good or even a little better than USGI M14 barrels.
