I could not quite tell but they were editing the crap out of it???????????

    Every state has gone batty.
"The rifle itself has no moral stature, since it has no will of its own. Naturally, it may be used by evil men for evil purposes, but there are more good men than evil, and while the latter cannot be persuaded to the path of righteousness by propaganda, they can certainly be corrected by good men with rifles. --Jeff Cooper"

    Highlights.

Pretty much any detachable magazine fed firearm is aan assault weapon
They may be registered or destroyed by september.
    No new purchases.
Local sheriffs set storage standards and may inspect your home when they like
    You must re-register every year
When you die, the gun must die too, no inheritance.

Violation= felony jail time, up to 6 digit fines.

I think disgusting describes even the little bit of that bill that I managed to read before the bile started to rise.

Ultimately there are no "assault weapons", at least not for us civilians, (not without a boatload of paperwork and a thorough probing) they are all just weapons.

Pistol, rifle and shotgun. Everything else is political BS and grandstanding. If they get this type of crap passed they will whittle away at the rest of the weapons until we are another England.

If you don't think they won't 1.) Ask a friend in NY or CA and 2.) Why are you on this forum?

I know here I am preaching to the choir but reach out to friends that are undecided or indifferent and try to get them involved.

Remember polls don't show what percentage of Americans agree/disagree with something, they show what people that are willing to sit through a poll think.

Perhaps the right word is "conniving."

Would "Treasonous" be more appropriate perhaps?
