While agree with you I would not blame the CBI. The resources have been available to eliminate the problem all along however, it is our legislators, in particular the Governor who refused to allocate the necessary resources in order for the CBI to complete the backlog of background checks.
Hickenlooper has made it very clear time and time again that he does not give a shit about the rights of the people in this state. His only priority for this state is continuing to push his agenda to make this a sanctuary state for illegal immigrants and making gay civil unions legally recognized here.
