I'm concerned that the 90 day CCW wait is now going to be 120 days because all the staff is working on instacheck. I still don't understand why CO has to have their own system when almost every other state including states with the toughest gun control laws on the book use the NICS with no problems.

That got brought up at the fee for Instacheck hearings today .... CBI has caught a bit over 1100 folks that the FBI check would have missed and let buy guns ( now how many of those were mistakes.. we will NEVER know)
