Could the fact that non constitutional laws are not laws stop any of us from going to jail. I'm assuming it would have to be ruled as such through years of challenges, right? I honestly think that there should be a law that says every law that is passed, must get ruled constitutional before it is enforceable, but we know that would never happen.
