There is no law against defacing a magazine. So you can grind off the date stamp of the Magpul magazine or deface any other magazine to render the date stamp unreadable. So unless you have a style of magazine only made after the law is enacted, there is absolutely no way for them to enforce it. Plus, unless you are committing a crime with the guns I seriously doubt the police are going to inspect your magazines.
