If and when this passes, one could just have someone out of state buy the mags for them and then have them shipped here.

Hunting or at the range? I can see hunting as i have had my muzzleloader looked at by cdow. But im wondering about at ranges, leo interactions while driving or walking, at the range, on public ground etc.
All I have in this world is my balls and my word and I don't break em for no one.

    My Feedback

There is no law against defacing a magazine. So you can grind off the date stamp of the Magpul magazine or deface any other magazine to render the date stamp unreadable. So unless you have a style of magazine only made after the law is enacted, there is absolutely no way for them to enforce it. Plus, unless you are committing a crime with the guns I seriously doubt the police are going to inspect your magazines.

If you're not hunting, do they have any standing to check guns? I'd refuse on principle.

But if they have a manufactured date on them and it's past the ban date and you're caught good bye. Hence why I think I'm just going to start saving now, pack my guns up and say F*** you liberal ass Colorado!

Just buy mags without the manufacture date. Or like others said... deface the mag. Its not against the law.

Will be a shame to lose them, but I agree with them if 1224 becomes law...
