Listening to that too. VERY interesting. The guy is audibly nervous.

And that's those that were appealed. There was roughly 15000 denials (2.1%) last year, half of those appealed, and half of those appeals resulted in being overturned. 1912 of those ~15000 denials would not have been caught by NICS, supposedly.
