My question is... how do they determine of "color"" When I was in the Corps, they used to have us fill out forms that asked ethnicity. I always left it blank or told them I was african American. They of course would get all pissed off about that. I would tell them my parents were from Johannesburg, SA. They said that didnt make me african. I have actually been to africa. How many colored Americans have actually been to africa? their parents ? grand parents? great grandparents? to call people african American after this many generations is a joke. (a bad joke) just because you have skin that is pigmented darker than others, doesnt make you african. Either we are all Americans or we will all fail. How can they say who is colored? some people like RMAC are multi ethnic. (who isnt). so does that count? or do you have to be a certain shade of color? is hale berry to light or is danny glover too dark? its all bullshit. people need to grow past all this color and race bullshit.
