This just makes me want to teach my children at home even more, (which is our official plan after this school year ends).
Did anyone else watch the video and laugh out loud that they sent a person of color to report the story, or am I just racist?

I don't think you're racist, I just think you're comfortable in your own skin. They sent a person of color because they are racist, or at least "racially aware".

No "race" has any specific set of values. I don't have the same values as many other hispanics (or whites, or blacks.)
Its disgusting when I see people trying to sneak in bullshit like that in the year 2013.
Upon review, at least it sounds like some (hopefully very soon to be fired) dumbass principal is responsible, and he is being condemned by the wider school district authorities and so forth.
So long as we see this guy reprimanded and, hopefully, out of a job soon, I don't see too big a problem.
the problem is that if it was reversed this would be on CNN and the president would have to invite someone over for a beer to chat.
Either way as long as the guy is out on his ass it is resolved.
