Think my furthest shoot with a Bolt action rifle was just around 800yrds. I tried to push it further I just cant do it, not repeatibly.

I've hit a target at 1k, but I couldn't do it again, not even gonna pretend I'm captain awesome. 800 is my max.

At 1,500 yards the drop on my .260 is 72 ft, not 4 ft.

If your holding elevation its either a snap shot or your doing something wrong , thats what that knob on the top of the scope is for .

My 338 is good on man size targets to a mile and it sure is nice knowing how far out the target is because that far out the danger space is pretty much zilch .

This isn't about a good effort making a miss it's about hits . Did you get a GO on any task in the military for trying like hell but failing ?

So I spent some time lazing shit out today with this Swaro LRF and man am I glad I got this.
I was getting readings off people out to 700 plus yards, and over 1200 yards off cars and buildings.
I could only imagine what those $3K LRF can do...

.. but all in all, I'm happy with what I got
