NFA Trust help

I looked for more information on this but all the treads were thread jacked and lost topic.
I got an attorney to create a NFA Trust for me. I got it notarized today. It says on schedule A that theres $10 listed for the funding. Do I need to have a serial number listed?
Do I need to submit this trust to somewhere? Or am I good to start filling out a form 4?

As an update the trusts through rose do not require an added serial number. Its ready to go for me to get class 3 items.

The attorney had never been able to get back to me for awhile. She has a government political job that had been keeping her busy.

No, you don't have to register your Trust anywhere with anyone.

When you submit your Form 4 application, you should submit a copy of the main body of the Trust itself along with Schedule A. If this is the first item you're putting in the Trust, then the only thing that should appear on your Schedule A is the Ten Dollar Bill. Once your Form 4 is approved, you should then revise the Schedule A to include the newly-approved item AND the original Ten Dollar Bill. Keep the revised Schedule A with your original Trust paperwork. It's also advisable to keep a copy of the Trust and the Schedule A physically located with each NFA item held by the Trust.

Another thing to keep in mind is that when you sign the Form 4, you should make sure to indicate that you are signing as Trustee for the Trust and not individually. I include a sample Form 4 for my clients that shows a proper signature line. You should include "[your signature], as Trustee" on the signature line.

Does anyone have a recommendation for an attorney to use for setting up a NFA trust? While I'm at it, can the trust be set up to include non-NFA items (vehicles, houses, etc) or would those require a different trust?
