    Default Challenge in court?

With all the talk about recalling these bastards and passing Amendments to these laws It got me wondering... Cant we Challenge them at the supreme court level and possibly get them overturned? I mean It worked for the concealed carry on campus thing didn't it??

The gun grabbers and the vocal minority will stop at nothing until they get their way.

    What's good for the goose...

We need to get some ballot measures and let the people vote on 'em because you know they are embellishing the truth quite a bit when saying 70% support for this crap.

Here's a guy over on arfcom in sw co

You have to file with the state then go up the judicial ladder. NY has a lawsuit started. it's going to be nation wide lawsuits sooner or later. I believe this is part of the VPC game plan. Have enough law suits going with NRA financial support. Sooner or later they hope the NRA will be bleed dry. No nation wide Gun org no more lobby etc.
