Why would you risk your business when you could go to a state that will give you tax breaks and promise to never do what Colorado is doing. Not to mention, TX has no income tax on personal income. So you get an extra 4% back in your pocket just for moving there.

We're hearing some rumors that the Gov and the Dem caucus think we are bluffing. Just to clarify for them, then...we're not a political company. We dont play political games. 30 round mags are banned in Denver already.

Last I understood it, you could own them, they just cannot ever be loaded. This whole deal sucks. I wish Magpul could find a legal avenue to sue the state's ass off.
