    Default DC ban unconstitutional!

    Breaking news is that in a 5-4 ruling the DC Gun ban has been struck down!

    About time such simple words are correctly interpreted. Wish I could see the look on the face of the heads of the Brady bunch and other gun banners this morning.

    After the horrible decisions they have been making, it's great to see them on the right track, though I find it hard to believe it was a 5-4 split.
