from reading that, I think he needs to be properly evaluated for mental health and under legal due process a decision made to his constitutional rights.
It is obvious the threats made, if proven, are concerning. Equally concerning is his history with mental facilities.
I have no problem with due process removing the right to bear arms in cases where the person might not have the proper mental capacity... as long as he gets properly his day(s) in court.
