For those that keep a gun in the house, and their house/apartment/Etc. is a wood framed house with sheetrock walls: Please, buy a couple of 2x4's, a piece of sheetrock, and some insulation and build a wall that imitates what you have between rooms or separating you from your neighbors. What you read on the internet or hear in gun shops does not always equal reality. Most ammo will go FAR further through walls made of sheetrock than what gets passed off as fact on gun forums. Test it for yourself.
