Missouri HB 633 - A Bill worth while

Just read this article over on the Blaze about Rep. Mike Leara putting together HB 633 which in summary says “any member of the general assembly who proposes legislation that further restricts an individual’s right to bear arms” guilty of a class D felony." Why can't we have house members like is Colorado dang it!!
